Schools and Young People

Cement Fields works closely with children and young people in community and educational settings across North Kent. We take a long-term and embedded approach to learning across all our projects and build relationships that encourage young people’s creativity, confidence and desire to explore.

We support these groups through collaborative partnerships formed of artists, teachers and educators. Our programme also offers crucial artist development opportunities to create new work and the provision of artist-led workshops and residencies.

TOURS

As part of our festival programmes, we devise tours and talks led by artists and our programme team. If you would like to bring a group of pupils or students to one of our festivals, please do get in touch. These visits can be tailored to your Key Stage, curriculum, and Higher Education or University course. All our upcoming tour opportunities will be listed here.
