Cement Fields brings people together to experience outstanding new art in North Kent, along the Thames Estuary from Dartford to Whitstable.
Cement Fields is an arts organisation based in North Kent. We work collaboratively with artists, and communities, to create new art along the Thames Estuary from Dartford to Whitstable.
We have organised the Whitstable Biennale every two years since 2002, a festival with an international reputation for working with early-career artists to develop ambitious, risk-taking new art in film and performance. For more information visit whitstablebiennale.com
Our programme includes long-term projects, events and learning opportunities that involve and engage a diverse range of artists, participants and audiences, including work that supports children & young people to develop skills, imagination, and routes into creative careers. In September-October 2020, in partnership with Metal, we will present Estuary 2020, a major festival taking place across the Thames Estuary in North Kent and South Essex.
The full Cement Fields website launches later in 2019. For more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org
